Another young and promising soldier has been killed in the fight against the terrorist sect boko haram due to Government’s negligence to provide the army with top quality weapons and vests.
A young Nigerian army officer- Lt Mayowa Areago, was shot dead three days ago while retreating from a mission to fight the boko haram sect in Borno state. According to his friends, he graduated from Nigerian Defence Academy in 2012 and was immediately posted to the North to help in the fight against boko haram.
